The Rusnok head is a good candidate to put on a Benchmaster or other small mill that lacks a quill, or to add a vertical head to a small horizontal mill. While small, it is much more suited in scale to the smaller mills than the Bridgeport heads, although I have seen "Benchports", and they seem to work OK, even if rather top-heavy.
The Benchmaster is a good little horizontal mill, but it is little. The vertcal head for these is rather limited IIRC. You can convert any of the smaller horizontal mills to a high speed verical head like the Rusnok. (1/4hp, "Y" collets up to 1/2", 280 - 4800 rpm, and 1.5" of quill travel.) I had one on my Benchmaster, but it was lacking in Z.

I have a Benchmaster myself. It has a heavy table, and I scraped mine into good alignment, so it is pretty chatter-free, as mills that size go. But one of the usual advantages of a vertical mill these days IS the quill, and what having that does for you. I seriously question the price vs what you get as far as an actual machine.

Okay, I'll see what I can dig up. The step pulley looks like the vertical mill attachment. You remove the horizontal and put in the vert (easier said than done.) The motor mount is hinged so it provides belt tension by gravity in vert mode. you don't use the swivel in horizontal mode (at least mine doesn't.)
